Selling your home? My first question is “Why are you selling?. People sell homes for many reasons and their requirements, resources and priorities will all be different. My approach to the sale will also be different and that is why we need to meet.
If you just want to get your home sold immediately, I have clients seeking homes to fix and flip. Otherwise, the more qualified prospects who see your home the better the chance of finding the one who likes it enough to pay top dollar. The campaign will be to expose your home as widely as possible for at least 7 days before accepting offers.
